OK, a quick tip this week. Ever notice the … icon that looks like this? 
Whenever you are looking at any record in Zoho CRM, right under the Business Card view at the top of the screen, you should see this Hide Details button. You can click this button to temporarily collapse the display of the record details so that you don’t have to scroll to see your Notes and other related items.
