When you start a search in your Zoho database, a list of all records that match your criteria displays in a list view. The columns displayed in that resulting list view are dependent on the view that you started the query from.
If you click the actual email address hyperlink, then your default email window will display with a blank message. For example, if you use Outlook, then the New Message window for Outlook will display, with the To field already populated, ready for you to compose an email to the current record.
The second way offers more options.
This is one of my favorite areas to click in Zoho. It remembers the last 20 records that you viewed. Whether it was an Appointment, a Task, a Lead, an Account, a Potential, or a Contact (example pictured here), you can click on the Recent Items icon to pop out the list so that you can quickly revisit one of those records, just by clicking on it.
